As a licensed counselor, I take a highly collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to counseling. My job is to help you understand your story and integrate your unique experiences so you can feel at home in your body, in your mind, and in your relationships.

My office is easily accessible off Dry Creek Rd between S Colorado Blvd and S Holly St. Convenient for South Denver, Littleton, Centennial, and Highlands Ranch areas.
Counseling services can be provided in person or via telehealth for individuals across Colorado.
